Our Sunlighten mPulse is an infrared sauna with built-in, patented red light therapy — two recovery technologies in one session. The infrared heat penetrates deep tissue to promote muscle repair, reduce inflammation, and accelerate recovery after training. The integrated red light therapy works at the cellular level to support collagen production, skin health, and circulation. Most infrared saunas offer heat alone. This does both.
Sessions are private, calm, and easy to add onto any class or book on their own. Ideal after a Mega Pro session, on a recovery day, or anytime you want 45 minutes of uninterrupted stillness.
Stretch & Reset
Recovery, but make it intentional.

Arrive early or stay after class to reset — release tight hips, calves, and back with tools like compression boots and foam rollers designed to support circulation, mobility, and faster recovery. Perfect after a Mega Pro session when your muscles need it most. At BBL Society, recovery isn't an afterthought — it's part of the method.
